  • Follow the five-step process for writing success factors.
  • Finalize the success factors for a position.
  • Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will meet with Louis Scott, one of Icon's Human Resources Assistants, to discover how to create a clear picture of the ideal candidate. Through your questions and answers, you will learn how to recognize success factors, define a job, and analyze an organization's culture.

Unit 3: Planning the Interview
